What we actually do
Three areas where our work has the most visible impact on the organisations we partner with.
Executive coaching
One-to-one sessions with a single leader, usually fortnightly over six months. We focus on the specific decisions that person is avoiding, the feedback they are not giving, and the habits that quietly undermine their authority. Each engagement starts with 360-degree interviews across their direct reports.
Team alignment workshops
Two-day, off-site workshops for leadership teams of five to twelve people. We map the real decision-making structure (not the org chart), surface the unspoken tensions, and leave with written agreements about who owns what. Follow-up calls run monthly for a quarter.
Succession planning
A structured twelve-week process that identifies the two or three internal candidates most ready for a senior role, builds a development plan for each, and gives the board a clear recommendation. We have run this for organisations with 80 staff and for groups with 3,000.
Why organisations choose us
Our founder spent fourteen years inside FTSE 250 companies before starting this practice. That means we understand what it feels like to sit in a Monday morning executive committee meeting where half the room disagrees but nobody says so.
We are based in Wales, and most of our clients are in the UK, though we regularly work with European teams remotely. Our consulting pairs are always two people: one who has run a P&L, and one with a psychology or organisational-behaviour background. That combination matters because leadership problems are never purely strategic or purely personal.
Since 2017 we have completed over 140 engagements. Roughly a third of our new clients come through referrals from previous ones, which tells us more than any satisfaction survey could.
